Great Big Game Show is a hospitality company. We are dedicated to designing and delivering epic, interactive experiences to every single guest. People are the heart of our business, and we treat every person we interact with during our workday as an honored guest, whether they’re a paying player, our teammate, or our leader. Our mission-based culture can be challenging and intense, but for the right person, it can be incredibly rewarding and fun.
We are also passionate about investing in amazing team members! Most of our General Managers at Great Big Game Show have been homegrown, meaning they were hired as an entry-level, frontline position and grew to their current role through development and mentorship.
